Quests: Card UI and Theme Readability is Now Live

The Completed and Pending badges on quest cards are no longer absolutely positioned floating over content.
The Completed and Pending badges on quest cards are no longer absolutely positioned floating over content. They now sit in the card header row alongside the proof type badge and campaign name. Badge colors split by theme: dark mode keeps soft tinted colors, light mode uses richer colored surfaces with deeper text for real contrast. Light mode text, borders, and card shadows all improved. Dark mode primary color raised for punchier blue text.
